Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a field sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with Adilabad Customers.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking and insurance products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and high service standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and compliance requirements.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing in Adilabad TS.
  • Must have completed Graduation (Bachelor’s degree).
  • Preference will be given to local candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for sales.

 

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift
  • Monday to Friday

 

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: ₹2,25,000 – ₹3,50,000 per year
