We are looking for a Client Acquisition Associate Manager in Salem to drive new customer acquisition for the bank’s savings account products. 

The role involves identifying potential customers of Salem, reaching out through multiple channels, explaining product benefits, and closing sales. Additionally, the position focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction with the bank’s services.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new savings account customers from Salem with identified segment and generate references.
• Ensure high-quality customer acquisition, maintaining the right product and segment mix.
• Assist in onboarding and activating customers on digital banking platforms.
• Support the Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and Salem branch scoping activities.
• Provide regular feedback to the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager on customer needs and potential business opportunities.
• Adhere to sales compliance guidelines and follow the organization’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure quality sourcing while strictly complying with internal and external banking regulations.
• Conduct marketing and outreach activities to acquire high-net-worth (HNI) customers and enhance the bank’s visibility.
• Work on key central initiatives and actively seek referrals from existing customers of Salem.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support functions to offer comprehensive banking solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
