We are looking for a Client Acquisition Associate Manager in Palasa Kasibugga to drive new customer acquisition for the bank’s savings account products. 

The role involves identifying potential customers of Palasa Kasibugga, reaching out through multiple channels, explaining product benefits, and closing sales. Additionally, the position focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction with the bank’s services.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new savings account customers from Palasa Kasibugga with identified segment and generate references.
• Ensure high-quality customer acquisition, maintaining the right product and segment mix.
• Assist in onboarding and activating customers on digital banking platforms.
• Support the Senior Sales Manager in catchment mapping and Palasa Kasibugga branch scoping activities.
• Provide regular feedback to the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager on customer needs and potential business opportunities.
• Adhere to sales compliance guidelines and follow the organization’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure quality sourcing while strictly complying with internal and external banking regulations.
• Conduct marketing and outreach activities to acquire high-net-worth (HNI) customers and enhance the bank’s visibility.
• Work on key central initiatives and actively seek referrals from existing customers of Palasa Kasibugga.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support functions to offer comprehensive banking solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, banking, or financial services from Palasa Kasibugga.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
